Alright, this actually happened like a year ago. But yeah, the Steam Deck is a computer folks, if you’re going to try and play it outside in the summer, it can overheat. But that doesn’t mean you should ever underestimate the stupidity of people. They can always find incredibly stupid ways to destroy their stuff, and sometimes theirselves!

I can see it being kind of annoying though, because I don’t ever remember a gameboy overheating, but these are completely different levels of machines. You can’t expect the thing that ran Metroid 2 to produce the same level of heat as something that can eat Skyrim for breakfast.
